They are really great books about a small town waitress named Sookie Stackhouse. Sookie is special in the sense that she's telepathic and everyone therefore thinks she's crazy. Anyway, HBO has optioned the books into a tv series. We're 4 episodes into the season, and let me tell you I love it. It was hit with the big o'cancellation. It didn't suck, and it wasn't as true to the books as I thought it could be, but it was still entertaining. Moonlight was all kinds of gay. She enjoyed it so much that she's going to start a blog to review all of the paranormal shows that I can find for her. I won't kill her with them, I'll just try to keep up with the current ones (Ghost Hunters, Most Haunted, Haunting Evidence, Ghostly Encounters, etc).
